- ID/E1TOAI – 4 wire npn/pnp protected output 30V dc 100mA max. Output state selectable by supply connections reversal. 10-30V dc supply.
- ID1TZAI – 2 Wire FET output. Normally De-energised. 24-240V ac/dc 50mA max.
- IE1TZAI – 2 wire FET output. Normally Energised. 24-240V ac/dc 50mA max.
