HazardMon.com® is a secure cloud based hazard monitoring solution providing status notifications and data logging for bucket elevators and conveyors. Live system status, graphs and historical data can be viewed on any web-enabled device (smartphone, tablet PC, desktop or laptop computer). Emails can be sent to notify users whenever a change in the system's health is detected. An automated maintenance feature allows site operators to verify that all sensors on the system are operational and working correctly.
Hazardmon.com works in conjunction with 4B's Watchdog Super Elite™, T500 Elite Hotbus™ & IE-Node control systems for bucket elevators and conveyors. Both multi-function systems are specially designed to monitor equipment for belt misalignment, belt speed, continuous bearing temperature, pulley alignment, level and plug conditions.

Yes, the Watchdog Super Elite, the T500 Elite systems and the IE-Node all work in the cloud.
Can I see a demonstration of HazardMon.com?
Absolutely! You can go to HazardMon.com and sign up for a demo account. Once you have an account, you will be able to see all of the functionality for yourself. If you have more questions after seeing the demo, just give us a call and one of our technical sales representatives will be able to answer any lingering questions.
Do I need a dedicated PC or Server to be able to use Hazardmon.com?
No, the data from the Hotbus system is stored in the cloud so you do not need to purchase and maintain a dedicated computer to be able to use Hazardmon.com.
With Hazardmon.com can I view live data on my Hotbus system from any Internet connections?
Yes! Since the data is being collected continuously in the cloud, you can view up-to-date information on your Hotbus system in the cloud without needing to connect to your company’s network using VPN or other means.
